At Otto Maps, we want your custom cartography to fit perfectly in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all non-customized wall art. If your map arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the map in its original protective tube or flat packaging to ensure it remains crease-free during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new map within 5 business days.
